Callingham Place, Beaconsfield
This detached property centrally placed in New Beaconsfield was in good working order but the customer was hoping to modernise some elements of the interior.
Additional space was first created in the already sizeable master bedroom to allow for better ease of access in two different storage areas. The associated dressing room was given an overhaul including the addition of extra hanging rails for clothing and additional shelving space. A loft hatch was installed inside the master bedroom to allow access into the, as yet unused, storage area above. This comprised an extendable ladder for ease of access.
A sound system was installed in the ceiling of the master bedroom which was connected to a hub located in the hallway cupboard downstairs allowing remote use from mobile devices and tablets. All category five cabling was installed throughout the property to facilitate optimal performance of the sound system device as well as other network-related devices.
The ensuite bathroom was completely refurbished and a more suitable layout designed for sanitary ware. The new suite comprised a free-standing bath, a double vanity sink unit, a walk in shower and a concealed cistern toilet. LED downlighting and mood lighting was fitted throughout. An additional sound system was installed in the ceiling of the ensuite.
