The Grange, Gerrards Cross
The customer had recently purchased this new build property in Gerrards Cross and was yet to move into the house.
She was not happy with the existing two bathrooms that had been fitted by the company who were contracted to do so when the property was built and therefore instructed us to fully refurbish both of the bathrooms to provide a more suitable aesthetic more fitting to her personal taste.
The family bathroom, main bedroom ensuite and downstairs W/C were completely removed and discarded and new designs were proposed by ourselves based on the customer's preferences. All materials were sourced locally including large format porcelain tiles and sanitary ware i.e. toilets, sinks, valves and taps that were all manufactured in Germany.
As this was mainly a cosmetic-based project, we were able to utilise all existing plumbing and pipework to minimise timescales and disruption for the customer.
